I was starting to see some results from niacinamide, slowly, but DAY 2 of Smooth KP and I have an enormous difference. I'm so glad I found the reddit post explaining how this works! NOTHING else has worked this well except for laser hair removal, but the laser has trouble reaching the follicles because of the KP. Smooth skin will allow that to work better!
Amazing!!! I have KPRF which causes my face to flush on my cheeks/ears. These flushes have happened for years and damage my self-esteem—when working out or walking in the cold, I can feel my face burning red, and can see people looking at my while walking past. People even point out my flushing or ask me about it in concern, which always makes me feel awful. I started applying this to my face each morning (after I damped my skin to help with absorption) and since then I have barely had any facial flushing! My baseline redness has even decreased drastically. I can go walk in cold, windy weather and take a selfie with my skin looking completely normal! When I work out, I don’t get anywhere near as red as I used to and it dissipates much faster after I return to a rest. As for my bodily KP, I’ve noted a reduced in redness and in the small bumps. The bodily redness has gone down a lot, but I still have a bunch of bumps (less than I used to though! And the ones I have are smaller/less angry than they used to be). I really do think that consistency and time will significantly reduce the bumps, I’ve only been using it for two weeks as of now. I strongly recommend this product!
I've used it everyday for a few weeks, and it made a noticeable improvement after the first week, but it's slowed down since then. I definitely recommend using it twice a day.
I wish it came in a pump bottle, because I find it hard to portion out.

So so so glad I discovered this lotion! After 2 weeks of use I am already seeing progress. This has given me my hope back. Bonus: love the color and smell!
I have really bad KP all over my arms. This is the ONLY product that has ever delivered results. I do have to use it consistently every day, but my arms are soft for the first time in my life. Unfortunately it hasn't done anything to address the redness so far, but it's very possible that will take months before I see progress.
